Description

Here is one of our family favorites! Not only for taste but for time spent cooking! Very fast meal with happy customers at the end!

Items needed
4-6 chicken breast
Salt
Lowery's Seasoning Salt
McCormick's Taco Seasoning
Red Pepper Flakes
Lemon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Coconut oil

1 can Diced Tomatoes w Jalapeno's
1 can Black Beans
1 can Sweet Corn
Optional:
Avocado
Shredded Cheese

Butterfly and Lightly Season to taste both sides of chicken breast with seasonings.
Place 2 Tablespoons of Coconut oil and chicken breast in pan on stove over med-high heat.
Cook Chicken 5-7 minutes per side.
Then combine corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes in med sauce pan over med heat.

Once Chicken is done, place central on plate and cover with Cheese... Optional.
Take combined corn, beans and tomatoes and cover chicken. Adorn with avocado and serve.
